E-Comfort Outreach Ministries

E-Comfort Outreach Ministry is a charitable non-profit organization. E-Comfort Outreach Programs was born out of the needs of the community and has operated under the umbrella of the Epps Christian Center but is currently its own stand-alone charity. In a world that is constantly changing, it is comforting to know that there is a hand always willing and able to reach out to help others. In times of crisis, moments of need, when people have nowhere else to turn, we are there.  E-Comfort Outreach
Programs bring a balance to lives, warmth to families and a smile to children’s faces. Located at 2202 North Pace Blvd., Pensacola Florida 32505.

Residents in low-income communities and inner city poor escape the cycle of poverty through higher educational obtainment and a pathway to meaningful careers that will provide them with social and economic stability and success. Because the majority of our target population live in single family homes that are located in drug infested economically depressed areas E-Comfort Outreach Programs was created by Pastor Sylvia Tisdale to offer  services to at-risk-students, the homeless population and senior citizens  in Escambia County.

The E-Comfort program for students offer free homework help. The Learning and Tutor Center offer Mathematic and English torturing and FCAT preparatory classes to at-risk students.  E-Comfort Learning & Tutor Center staff meets twice a month for training and curriculum enhancement and staff the program twice a week. The E-Comfort Homeless Program has a food bank and a soup kitchen. Five days each week we provide free meals Monday through Fridays from 5am -7am. Basic necessities such as clothing and toiletries are often available as well.

For our Seniors the object is to offer a variety of enjoyable and interesting activities for all seniors in Escambia County, Florida with the aim toward independence, wellness, citizenship, volunteer opportunities, and social activities. We encourage the participation of all Escambia County Florida senior citizens in the activities of their choice.
